It’s been a long winter. Snow, soggy ground, and more than a few false starts—but finally, the course is waking up.

The days are longer. The fairways are calling. And the moment we’ve all been waiting for is here:

Saugeen Golf Club officially opens for the 2026 season on Saturday, May 2nd.

Opening Week Details:

May 2–9: 18 holes only
Full 27 holes open starting May 9

Tee Sheet Opens:

Members: Friday, April 24 at 9:00 PM
Guests: Monday, April 27 at 9:00 PM

Set your alarms. You know how this goes.

A few updates for 2026:

To support course conditions and maintenance:

Wednesday Senior League begins at 9:00 AM
→ Course not in play closed until 9:00 AM
Thursday mornings now start at 7:30 AM
→ Allowing time for morning maintenance
